Service Description
MugshotRemoval provides mugshot scanning, removal request submission, and monitoring services. We act as your representative in submitting removal requests to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines.
Free Scan
The free scan service involves a manual review of publicly accessible websites. We follow up by email after reviewing your request. Submitting a scan request does not create an obligation to purchase any paid service.
Paid Removal Services
Payment is collected after scan results are delivered. All sales are final once removal work has commenced. If a site is unresponsive or refuses removal, we will notify you and credit the cost of that specific removal toward another site.
Monitoring Subscription
Monthly monitoring is billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
